Specifically, for me, I told both Monica and John (they work as a team I found out) what I needed, what my objectives were, my budget, provided pertinent data and other information, and they basically did the rest, including making tough creative decisions which I couldn't make for myself because I don't have the vision in this format. They do. But ultimately the decisions were mine and if I chose to be more hands on, they would have accommodated me. When they were through, I made a couple of small changes and that was it.
